Centex Points and Membership All riders participating in Centex point classes must be members in good standing of the Centex Hunter & Jumper Association (CTHJA) or must join at the show. Centex points will be awarded to all horses/riders participating in recognized classes in accordance with Centex Rules and Regulations. No points will be counted toward Centex Annual Awards until memberships have been paid. Class Fees All classes will be $20.00 Stabling 10’ x 10’ box stalls are available for $95.00. Shavings must be purchased at the show-NO OUTSIDE shavings are permitted by facility. No horse may remain on the grounds overnight without renting a stall. Horses not renting a stall will be charged $35.00 grounds fee. Schooling Rings will be open from 2:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. on Friday and other times to be announced. Any horse schooling but not showing will be charged a $50.00 schooling fee. Accommodations Camper hookups are now available at the Williamson County Expo Center. Reservations are available by contacting Wilco directly. Attire Riders must be appropriately attired. Riding coats are not required. All exhibitors must wear headgear in accordance with U.S. Equestrian rule GR801. A polo shirt may be substituted for a riding shirt, however T-shirts are not acceptable. Scheduling Riders who have conflicts because of classes in more than one ring should see the paddock masters to make necessary adjustments. TRAINER CONFLICTS are not adequate cause for holding the ring. Classes may be split, combined, or cancelled at the discretion of show management. Judge’s Decisions are Final All judge’s decisions are final. Any act of discourtesy or disobedience to the judges, show officials or employees, or fellow exhibitors on the part of an owner, manager, rider, or groom shall disqualify the horse, and the owner shall forfeit his entry and other fees. Refusing to follow COVID rules will be considered an act of disobedience. Dogs All dogs must be kept on leashes or confined in enclosures at all times while on horse show grounds. Dogs not leashed or confined will be picked up and confined without notice and will be released only upon payment of $200.00 to the show secretary. Should repeated offenses occur, dogs will be prohibited from show grounds. Awards A trophy and six ribbons will be awarded in all classes. All Hunter and Jumper division Champion and Reserve Champion titles will be awarded in accordance with current USEF Rules. Jumper class ties will be decided by a jump-off for first-place only. All other places will be awarded by a coin toss. Ties for Champion and Reserve Champion will remain tied. Concessions by Cheryl will be available on the grounds Saturday and Sunday. COVID Rules are still fluid at this time. Updates will be provided via the website as well as signage and announcements on site. Masks are required (optional while mounted), maintain 6' of distance, practice good hygiene and minimize contact. Spectators are not allowed in barn area, paddock or arenas. ONLY one trainer and one groom per mounted rider are allowed in the warm-up ring and paddock areas. Family and friends should remain confined to bleacher areas. Report offenders to Show Manager. Centex Junior Equitation Division Fences: 3’. Open to junior riders on horses or ponies. Class 60. Junior Equitation over Fences Class 61. Junior Equitation on the Flat Centex Adult Equitation Division Fences: 3’. Open to adult amateur riders. Class 62. Adult Equitation over Fences Class 63. Adult Equitation on the Flat Centex Pony Equitation Division Fences: small-2’, medium-2’3”, large-2’6”. Open to junior riders on ponies. Class 64. Pony Equitation over Fences Class 65. Pony Equitation on the Flat Centex Beginner Rider Equitation Division Fences: 2’. Open to beginner riders who have not won six blue ribbons over fences in Centex divisions prior to the current show season. Riders in this division may not cross enter into divisions with fences higher than 2’6” at this show. Riders may not have ever shown 3’ or above. Class 66. Beginner Rider Equitation over Fences Class 67. Beginner Rider Equitation on the Flat Centex Modified Children's/Adult Equitation Division Fences: 2’6”. Restricted to nonprofessional junior and adult amateur riders. Riders in this divisions may not compete at the same show in divisions with fence height of 3’ or higher. Class 68. Modified Children's/Adult Equitation over Fences Class 69. Modified Children's/Adult Equitation on the Flat Special Beginner Rider Equitation Division Fences: very low. Open to beginner riders of all ages. Riders may not cross enter into any other classes at this show except Special Beginner Hunter and Schooling Hunter. Class 70. Special Beginner Rider Equitation over Fences Class 71. Special Beginner Rider Equitation on the Flat Pile of Poles Equitation Division Fences: pole on ground. Open to beginner horses or riders. Centex Medal Fences: 3’. Open to all junior and adult amateur riders. To be ridden over a course of at least eight fences with at least two changes of direction and an in-and-out. Work-off is optional. Class 72. Centex Medal Centex 2’6” Medal Fences: 2’6”. Open to non-professional riders not showing in classes with fence heights of 3’ or higher at this show. Optional work-off may include USEF Tests 1-9 (EQ119). Class 73. Centex 2’6” Medal Jumper Classes Centex Anna Beeson Low Jumper Division Height: 2’6-2’9”. Open to all riders. Horses in this division may NOT cross enter into Centex Open Jumper at the same show. Class 80. AB Low Jumper (Optimum Time) Class 81. AB Low Jumper (Time First Jump-Off) Class 82.
